Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their power backup requirements.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to recommend suitable UPS solutions.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UPS, Power Backup Systems, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Sales.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site surveys.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in techno-commercial sales.
- Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, inverters, and power backup solutions.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
