Job Description: Sales Manager (Team Lead)Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in RA Puram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of leading teams to hit targets. You will be responsible for mentoring a team, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to closing—ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Customer Relations: Intervene in high-value negotiations and maintain relationships with key clients.
