Head Chef – Asian Cloud Kitchen
About Us We are an upcoming cloud kitchen specializing in Asian cuisine, including sushi, rice bowls, noodles, and other popular Asian dishes. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and oversee the production of Asian cuisine, including sushi and hot kitchen items. Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency. Manage kitchen staff, training, and daily operations. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control. Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards. Manage inventory, stock ordering, and food cost control. Reduce wastage and optimize kitchen efficiency. Collaborate with management on menu development and new product launches. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Asian cuisine. Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and Asian cooking techniques. Experience working in restaurants, cloud kitchens, or QSR environments. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
