Responsibilities:
Location- Mulund, Mumbai
Salary- 15,000 - 20,000
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate seating arrangements with the service team.
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Inform guests about estimated waiting times.
- Assist in maintaining smooth guest flow during peak hours.
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager on special reservations and VIP guests.
- Ensure guests receive a pleasant and memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Follow the restaurant's grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
