Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special requirements in a courteous and timely manner.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information in the system.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality.
- Ensure the reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Promote facility services, events, and amenities to guests.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and hospitality protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Assamese language is an advantage).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and handle guest concerns effectively.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel/property management systems is preferred.
- Flexible to work in weekends, and public holidays.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Front Office Executive, or similar hospitality role.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, premium restaurants, or luxury hospitality establishments will be preferred.
