Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of combined ERP and supply chain/logistics industry experience, including at least 3 years as a Dynamics D365 F&O consultant specializing in trade and logistics;
Strong implementation experience across D365 F&O supply chain functionality, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Landed Cost, and Global Trade;
Experience supporting multi-site, multi-warehouse, international trade implementations, distribution, industrial, MRO, spare parts, retail, 3PL, or consumer goods environments;
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes across procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, landed cost, and global trade;
Ability to conduct effective discovery sessions with diverse supply chain stakeholders including warehouse teams, traffic managers, import/export coordinators, buyers, and executive supply chain leaders;
Strong understanding of project methodologies, change control processes, and delivery standards, with the ability to manage multiple supply chain workstreams within project schedules and budget constraints;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex supply chain concepts to operational and executive stakeholders and work effectively across functional, technical, and integration teams.
