Job Title: RN Trainer
We are looking for an experienced RN Trainer to conduct offline training sessions.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for nurses preparing for RN licensing exams (such as NCLEX-RN).
Prepare and deliver structured lessons, study materials, and practice questions.
Guide students in understanding nursing concepts, clinical knowledge, and exam strategies.
Evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and mock exams.
Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
Update training materials based on the latest RN exam patterns and guidelines.
Support students with study plans and exam preparation strategies.
Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Coordinate with the management for course planning and improvements.
Motivate and mentor students to achieve success in RN exams and their nursing careers.
Provide regular assessments, feedback, and exam-oriented guidance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an RN Trainer
Strong knowledge of RN exam pattern and evaluation criteria
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Qualification:
BSC Nursing with experience
