- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify system anomalies.
