About the Role
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint customization and development to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, SharePoint Online/On-Premises development, and custom application development using the .NET framework.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions while integrating them with enterprise applications and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises solutions.
- Develop custom SharePoint web parts, workflows, forms, and extensions.
- Build and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC, and Web APIs.
- Create and customize SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, and web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing SharePoint and .NET applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and documentation.
- Participate in deployment, migration, and upgrade activities for SharePoint environments.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in .NET application development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Experience in SharePoint customization, branding, workflows, and content management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, CSOM, JSOM, and PnP Framework.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design.
- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SharePoint migration projects.
- Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.
- Exposure to cloud-based application development using Microsoft Azure.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Azure, or .NET will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
