About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and camera-friendly Social Media Influencer / Video Content Creator to represent our NEET Coaching Institute across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a confident on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging educational and promotional content that connects with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Be the face of the institute in promotional videos, reels, interviews, and educational campaigns.
- Host and present videos confidently with excellent articulation and expression.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Participate in video shoots, live sessions, student interactions, and institute events.
- Promote institute programs, admissions, success stories, and student achievements through engaging content.
- Assist in script reading, voice-overs, and content presentation.
- Ensure content aligns with the institute's branding and communication standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Influencer, Anchor, Presenter, or similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and an impressive on-camera personality may also apply.
- Experience in the education or coaching industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- No fear of facing the camera with a confident and engaging personality.
- Professional and presentable appearance suitable for on-camera content creation
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital content creation.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage with students and parents.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
