The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring that the team works efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage and motivate employees to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- ITI Certificate in a relevant trade (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience
