The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving pre-approved personal loan business through effective team management, customer engagement, and target achievement. The role involves handling a team of 7 executives, ensuring productivity, quality sourcing, and portfolio growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 7 Sales Executives to achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
- Drive sales of pre-approved personal loans through existing customer database and cross-selling
- Monitor daily performance (calls, logins, conversions, disbursements) of team members
- Ensure high conversion ratio and maintain quality of sourcing as per company policies
- Coordinate with FI (Field Investigation), Credit, and Operations teams for smooth processing
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and adherence to company guidelines
- Track competitors and market trends to improve business performance
