About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves outbound prospecting, client meetings, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to close deals.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Tech, FinTech, or HealthTech is preferred.
