Key Roles s Responsibilities
1. Training Needs Identification
· Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Administration.
· Identify skill gaps and training requirements for workers, staff, and managerial employees.
· Coordinate with HODs to prepare annual training calendar.
2. Training Planning s Implementation
· Plan and organize technical, behavioral, safety, and compliance training programs.
· Coordinate internal and external trainers / training institutes.
· Ensure smooth execution of classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), and workshops.
3. Skill Development s Competency Mapping
· Develop competency matrix for employees.
· Monitor employee skill levels and recommend development programs.
· Support multi-skilling and cross-training initiatives.
4. Training Documentation s Records
· Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
· Ensure proper documentation for ISO / IATF / statutory audits.
· Maintain employee training database and update regularly.
5. Induction s Onboarding Training
· Conduct employee induction programs for new joiners.
· Provide orientation on company policies, safety procedures, and operational processes.
6. Training Effectiveness Evaluation
· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
· Prepare training evaluation reports and improvement plans.
· Evaluation of overall performance of authorised levels, grades and categories of employees.
7. Compliance s Statutory Training
· Ensure mandatory training programs such as:
o Safety training
o POSH awareness
o Skill development programs
o Apprenticeship / skill training schemes
8. Coordination with Government / Skill Development Programs
· Coordinate with government bodies for skill development initiatives such as:
o Apprenticeship programs
o Skill development schemes
o Training grants or subsidies.
G. Budget s Vendor Management
· Manage training budgets and control training costs.
· Identify and evaluate external training vendors and institutes.
10. Reporting s MIS
· Prepare and submit monthly training reports to management.
· Track training hours per employee and department.
· Present training effectiveness and improvement plan.
Qualification
· MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
· Certification in Training s Development / Learning s Development (preferred)
Experience
· 5–8 years of experience in HR Training C Development, preferably in
Manufacturing Industry.

· Knowledge of ISO / IATF training documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,038.21 per month
