Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and profitability analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and key business KPIs.
- Evaluate business cases, investments, R&D initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Partner with R&D teams to assess financial viability and innovation funding models.
- Support sales planning, revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, sales performance tracking, and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business proposals, and investor decks.
- Coordinate business meetings, document MOMs, and track action items to closure.
- Manage cross-functional strategic projects across Finance, Sales, Strategy, Business Development, and R&D.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure effective planning, reporting, and execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and sales analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
- Agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
