The Officer / Executive Officer – Student Records & Assessmentsis responsible for supporting accurate student records, enrolment and registration, assessment and examination administration, results processing, and academic documentation. The role works closely with the Registrar, Academic Teams, Admissions, Finance, IT/SIS, and Student Services to ensure timely academic administration, reliable student information, and effective student support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies.
1. Student Records & Systems Management
Update and validate student information, enrolment status, course registrations, academic standing, and other approved changes in SIS/SiMS, ERP, LMS, and related systems.
