Ecommerce Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – In Office
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Relationship Manager to manage our ecommerce operations, customer interactions, digital presence, and order coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, ecommerce management experience, and an understanding of customer engagement and digital marketing.
Job Role
As an Ecommerce Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s ecommerce website, maintaining product and inventory information, handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, managing social media accounts, and supporting digital marketing activities to drive online growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Website Management
- Manage and update the company ecommerce website regularly
- Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor and manage product inventory and stock availability
- Ensure smooth website operations and coordinate with technical teams when required
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries generated through the website, WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Respond promptly to leads and ensure proper follow-up for lead closure
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide post-delivery customer assistance and resolve customer concerns professionally
Order & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate and manage order processing and dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth operations
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and customer engagement
- Assist in website promotions and digital marketing activities
- Coordinate basic online campaigns, promotions, and product visibility initiatives
- Prepare regular reports related to inquiries, sales, website activity, and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in ecommerce operations, customer support, CRM, or digital marketing preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and inventory management
- Familiarity with social media handling and digital marketing concepts
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments
- Strong follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and online order management systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms
- Understanding of ecommerce order flow and logistics coordination
- Basic knowledge of Meta/Facebook/Instagram promotions and digital marketing tools
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
