- Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure Stack HCI, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering and Windows Admin Center across production hosted environments.

Manage Windows Server estates across supported versions, ensuring consistent configuration, patching, performance and operational resilience.

Support high availability operations, live migrations and capacity planning for clustered infrastructure.

Manage core networking including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, switching, LACP, firewall rules, routing and secure remote access.

Administer platform security controls including FortiGate, Duo MFA, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, certificates and privileged access.

Own storage and backup operations including QNAP NAS, iSCSI provisioning, BackupChain, Azure Backup, iBackup, restore testing and disaster recovery readiness.

Support platform services such as RDS, web infrastructure and SQL backup and restore processes.

Work with suppliers and support partners to resolve infrastructure incidents, coordinate maintenance and uphold service standards.

Maintain technical documentation, operational standards, CMDB records and governance processes for hosted infrastructure.
