Team Leader (Customer Care & Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Care team while supervising day-to-day customer service operations.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and grievance resolution through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Oversee customer support activities across 3–4 real estate projects located between New Town and EM Bypass.
- Visit project/site offices as required to ensure smooth customer service and operational coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, CRM, Projects, Accounts, Legal, etc.) for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor team performance, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customer service reports, maintain records, and follow company SOPs.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely closure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team handling, customer relationship management, and operations supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and grievance-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as per business requirements.
- Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-first approach.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
