- Material Sourcing: Select and test fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims. [1]
- Prototyping & Fit: Collaborate with pattern makers and sample machinists to create prototypes, and conduct fit sessions to refine garment construction. [1, 2, 3]
- Production Oversight: Work with manufacturers, ensuring designs are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to quality standards. [1, 2]
