Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Autodesk Revit MEP– Advanced modeling, detailing, and annotation skills.
- Autodesk Navisworks– Clash detection, coordination review, and report generation.
- Clash Coordination Platforms: Experience with one or more:
- BIM Track, Revizto
Common Data Environment (CDE) Tools:
Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as:
- Bluebeam
- Autodesk Constructions Cloud
- BIM360
Project Wise Core Responsibilities:
Modeling and Detailing:
- Revit-based modeling of Electrical services.
- Create Electrical Revit Families
- Create and manage detailed Electrical BIM models (conduits, cable trays, lighting, power systems, panels, etc.).
- Ensureaccuracy of electrical layouts in accordance with design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Produce Builder’s Work Drawings (BW) including slab, core wall openings.
Project Coordination & Clash Management:
- Participate in clash coordination for Architectural, Structural, and MEPF trades.
- Use Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking.
- Coordinate with other trades and disciplines for integrated design delivery.
- Participate in coordination meetings and update models based on clash resolution.
- Documentation, Deliverable & Quality Control
- Develop Electrical drawings and documentation across project phases.
- Extract shop drawings, installation drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
- Prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings.
- Perform QA/QC checks for models, families, and drawings.
- Perform regular audits of the BIM model for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
- Create and manage parametric Revit families.
- Follow industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC) applicable to electrical systems.
- Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs for Mechanical items and services.
- Supportinthepreparation of BOQs and procurement documentation.
Support Modeling Tasks:
- Model Electrical equipment supports and hanger details.
- Ensure Revit interface best practices (views, browser setup, filters, schedules, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Autodesk Certification in Revit (preferred).
- Additional certification in BIM workflows (advantageous).
- Fully coordinated Electrical BIM models (LOD 300-500).
- Clash-free models with all coordination reports.
- Shop drawings, builders work, spool drawings as per project needs.
- Model-based quantity take-off reports
