About Dole’s Music
Dole’s Music is a premier music production house and audio studio dedicated to empowering independent artists, creators, and musicians. From state-of-the-art music production, recording, and mix-mastering to creative mentoring, we provide end-to-end solutions that turn raw talent and creative concepts into industry-ready sound.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, execution-driven Senior Sales & Client Delivery Lead to head our B2C sales and client fulfillment engine. In this role, you will convert aspiring artists, musicians, and creators into long-term clients, own revenue quotas, and manage the full client lifecycle—from the initial consultation to coordinating with studio engineers and delivering finished projects.
You will also hire, train, and manage an agile team of sales and project coordinators, building structured playbooks to ensure exceptional conversion rates and seamless project handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C Revenue Generation & Pipeline Conversion
- Own team revenue targets by converting inbound inquiries, social media leads, walk-ins, and workshop attendees into enrolled clients and package bookings.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls, studio tours, and pitches to artists, independent creators, and music enthusiasts.
- Lead high-touch negotiations, overcome price/creative objections, and close high-ticket production or recording packages.
- Coordinate closely with the performance marketing team to provide real-time feedback on lead quality, campaign targeting, and cost-per-acquisition.
2. Project Coordination & Delivery Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a deal is closed, ensuring a white-glove onboarding experience.
- Coordinate scheduling, track milestones, and manage deadlines between clients and internal studio personnel (audio engineers, producers, mixing/mastering artists).
- Handle scope management, client feedback cycles, and revision handoffs to guarantee projects are delivered on time and within agreed creative specs.
- Drive post-delivery satisfaction to secure client retention, up-sells, referral business, and recurring artist packages.
3. Team Building, Coaching & Training
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of B2C sales executives and project coordinators.
- Develop standardized sales collateral, call scripts, objection-handling guides, and project management SOPs.
- Conduct regular call audits, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching to improve individual conversion benchmarks and coordination efficiency.
4. CRM, Operations & Performance Reporting
- Ensure strict CRM discipline across the team (tracking leads, conversion stages, payment status, and delivery schedules).
- Report weekly and monthly metrics to leadership, including sales conversion rates, CAC feedback, pipeline health, client turnaround times, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7 years of demonstrated success in high-velocity B2C sales, sales-assisted conversions, or client account management. Experience in music academies, creative studios, or media production or similar fields is preferred.
- Coordination & Project Ownership: Proven ability to manage client deliverables, timelines, and multi-stakeholder operational workflows without dropping details.
- Team Leadership: Experience hiring, training, and running a quota-carrying sales or client operations team.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi with the ability to connect authentically with creative artists and musicians.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel etc
- Work Style: High empathy, disciplined follow-up habits, and comfort balancing consultative selling with operational delivery.
