This is a leadership role with one of India’s largest players in logistics and construction. The role offers high visibility, responsibility, and the chance to drive large-scale projects with end-to-end ownership.
Lead multiple civil construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibilities, driving financial performance and project profitability.
Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and execution plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards across all projects.
Mentor and guide large teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 20+ years’ experience in reputed contracting or infrastructure firms.
Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and delivering projects profitably.
Strong expertise in contracts, project management, and dispute resolution.
Proven track record in handling large-scale civil projects – logistics hubs, industrial facilities, commercial, or infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
