Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the gifting or corporate gifting industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable gifting solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in gifting, printing, or related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
