JOB SKILLS

Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery
Strong command of UI/UX design principles and best practices
Proven experience in responsive web design, including handling audio/video elements across devices
Proficient in front-end performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve UI and front-end design issues
Solid understanding of image editing and preparation, including cropping, resizing, slicing PSDs/JPEGs, and creating icons
Good working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of SEO fundamentals as they relate to semantic HTML
Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and ability to implement workarounds or fixes
Familiarity with UI feasibility and implementation within .NET/MVC frameworks
Ability to convert design concepts into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS templates

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Design and develop responsive UI layouts for websites, enterprise C#/MVC applications, and e-learning platforms
Create UI/UX designs for mobile apps, Windows applications, and internal tools (using Photoshop or Illustrator)
Collaborate with developers to integrate designs into C#/MVC .NET applications
Support ongoing UI/UX improvements, addressing usability, interactivity, and consistency
Maintain high visual and interaction design quality across platforms
Adapt and modify designs for various screen sizes and resolutions
Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and design documentation as needed
