As the Employee Relations lead for our Noida engineering center, you will serve as a trusted partner to approximately 1,200 junior and entry-level engineers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. You will play a critical role in aligning employee aspirations with organizational goals, proactively addressing concerns, enhancing engagement, and driving retention. By combining empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and sound judgment, you will help cultivate a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability, ensuring our engineers thrive, grow, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Grievance Redressal & Conflict Management

Proactive Mediation: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for junior engineers, resolving interpersonal conflicts and team dynamics smoothly before they escalate.

Objective Investigation: Conduct fair, timely, and deeply empathetic investigations into workplace grievances, ensuring complete compliance with company policies and legal frameworks.

Expectation Realignment: Counsel early-career professionals on navigating professional boundaries, corporate etiquette, and the realities of a fast-paced Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
Performance Management Support & Counseling

PIP Navigation: Partner with technical delivery managers to facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring the process is constructive, clearly documented, and objective.

Empathetic Counseling: Provide direct support and career-stage counseling to junior engineers undergoing performance challenges, helping them build actionable pathways to success.

Managerial Enablement: Coach technical leads and engineering managers on how to deliver constructive feedback and manage sensitive conversations with young team members without damaging morale.
Employee Engagement & Culture

Gen Z / Millennial Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives specifically tailored to a young tech demographic, fostering a sense of belonging and collaborative culture.

Pulse Checks & Forums: Establish open communication channels, such as regular town halls, focus groups, and continuous feedback loops, to stay closely connected to the floor’s sentiment.

Recognition Frameworks: Champion micro-recognition programs that resonate with early-career talent, driving motivation and aligning individual milestones with corporate milestones.
Policy Compliance & HR Analytics

Trend Analysis: Track and analyze employee relations metrics, turnover trends, and exit interview data to identify root causes of attrition among junior cohorts.

Data-Driven Strategy: Present actionable insights and proactive recommendations to leadership to continuously improve workplace policies and intervention strategies.

Guardianship of Policy: Ensure corporate guidelines are transparently communicated to, and understood by, a large headcount, emphasizing proactive alignment over rigid policing
Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), or an equivalent post-graduate degree in a related field.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of core HR experience, with at least 3 years heavily focused on Employee Relations or Business Partnering within an IT, ITES, or fast-paced GCC setup.

Scale Capability: Proven track record of managing or supporting large employee headcounts (1,000+ individuals), ideally dealing with entry-level or tech-academy graduates.

A rare balance of profound empathy for young professionals alongside firm, objective corporate judgment.

Job Location:
A3, Sector 145, Noida, UP 201 301 (Next to Aqua Metro line)
This is an in-office role at our Noida campus. While we welcome applicants from across the NCR, the nature of the work requires close collaboration and quick turnarounds. For this reason, candidates based in Noida or Greater Noida are best suited. Commuting from Delhi or Gurgaon is not recommended for this role.
