- Provide online and onsite academic coaching and mentoring to teachers and students.
- Prepare competency-based lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching-learning resources for Kindergarten to Grade VIII.
- Observe classroom teaching, provide constructive feedback, and support teachers in improving instructional practices.
- Conduct online and offline microteaching sessions to enhance teachers' pedagogical skills and classroom effectiveness.
- Design and facilitate professional development workshops on competency-based education, classroom management, assessment, and 21st-century teaching practices.
- Mentor teachers in implementing experiential and activity-based learning strategies aligned with curriculum objectives
