Job Title: Electrical Production Trainee
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Production Trainees to join our CNC machine manufacturing team. This role provides hands-on exposure to electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, machine testing, and electrical production activities. Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and build a career in industrial automation and machine tool manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical assembly and wiring of CNC machines and control panels.
- Support installation of electrical components such as drives, motors, sensors, switches, relays, and PLC-related hardware.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Perform cable routing, ferruling, crimping, termination, and panel wiring activities.
- Assist in machine testing, electrical inspection, and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Support commissioning and functional testing of electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Service teams as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI (Electrician / Electronics Mechanic) or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial wiring.
- Understanding of control panels, motors, drives, and electrical components.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and measuring instruments such as multimeters.
- Good learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
