We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend technologies, APIs, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs
- Build scalable and secure server-side applications
- Integrate frontend elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure data security, integrity, and best coding practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Knowledge of server architecture and deployment processes
- Understanding of security and data protection practices
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker or containerization
- Experience working in Agile environments
