Job Summary
The Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital during the assigned shift. The MOD coordinates with all departments, resolves operational issues, and ensures quality patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the hospital during the shift.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
Handle patient and staff concerns promptly.
Ensure smooth patient care and hospital services.
Respond to emergencies and operational issues.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Ensure hospital policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare and submit shift reports.
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.
Report major issues to hospital management.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's in Hospital Administration or MBA is preferred).
Experience
3–5 years of experience in hospital administration or operations.
Skills
Good communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Team coordination.
Basic knowledge of hospital operations.
Ability to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
