Qualifications
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology or relevant field)
- 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
- Good documentation and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise production activities as per approved procedures.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and company SOPs.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Review batch manufacturing records and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Assist in process improvements and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP documentation practices.
- Team handling and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Experience
3–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
