Sales & Business Development
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively hunt and generate high-quality B2B sales leads and qualify lucrative ICT project opportunities.
- Deal Closure: End-to-end management of complex sales cycles to successfully close structured cabling solutions, passive networking, and ICT infrastructure deals.
- Strategic Ecosystem Networking: Collaborate closely with MEP consultants, turnkey contractors, and system integrators to get our solutions specified in upcoming projects.
- Pipeline Tracking: Identify and tap into new project pipelines, including corporate networking upgrades, greenfield data centers, and advanced security infrastructure.
Bid & Commercial Management
- RFP/RFQ Excellence: Own and drive the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) process with high technical and commercial accuracy.
- Commercial Hands-on: Handle contract reviews, pricing negotiations, and commercial terms, ensuring smooth Purchase Order (PO) processing and compliance.
- Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and valuable market intelligence to contribute to the overall business strategy.
Team Leadership & Relationship Management
- Key Account Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across North India’s enterprise ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, aligning their efforts to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B/Enterprise sales specifically within the ICT, Telecom, or Passive Networking domain.
- Technical Know-how: Strong fundamental understanding of structured cabling systems (Copper/Fiber), data center components, and active/passive networking infrastructure.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills with hands-on experience in dealing with legal/commercial clauses and PO management.
- Network: An existing, strong network among North India's enterprise clients and the MEP/SI consultant community will be a distinct advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
