Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training in SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HANA, or SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on project experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led SAP training sessions (classroom-based)
- Provide hands-on training using real-time implementation and support scenarios
- Design and update course materials, assignments, and assessments
- Prepare students for SAP certification and client interviews
- Conduct mock interviews and resume guidance sessions
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Assist students with capstone projects and practical case studies
- Stay updated with latest SAP releases and industry trends
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams for student success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience in at least one core module (FICO/MM/SD/HCM/HANA)
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and integration concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a structured and engaging manner
