- Own paid strategy across the funnel, allocating budget to drive demand, pipeline, ROI, and CPL.
- Build and scale demand generation through YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Drive conversion performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, G2, and Capterra.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and monthly planning tied to growth targets.
- Define and own KPIs from awareness to conversion.
- Lead measurement and optimization using GA4, GTM, and analytics tools.
- Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Partner with design, content, product, and paid teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Establish processes and raise the standard of paid marketing execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience with strategy and budget ownership.
- SaaS experience required; PLG experience preferred.
- Strong across both demand generation (paid social/video) and performance marketing (search).
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and attribution.
- Proficient with GA4, GTM, Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs.
- Data-driven, communicative, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
