About the Role
Dot Media is looking for a proactive and highly organized Execution Manager to manage political content creators and public personalities. The ideal candidate should have experience in Talent Management, Creator Management, or Execution, with the ability to coordinate end-to-end execution for creators who produce political content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution and coordination of politically inclined content creators and influencers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creators and internal teams.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaign timelines, and daily deliverables.
- Coordinate with production, editing, creative, and social media teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Handle creator schedules, meetings, shoots, and collaborations.
- Ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations and campaign commitments.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain high-quality execution standards.
- Build strong relationships with creators while ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay updated with current political trends, news, and digital content to support creator strategy.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Creator Management, Execution, or Influencer Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital content creation and social media platforms.
- Interest in politics and awareness of current political affairs.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced media environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with political creators, digital media agencies, or influencer management companies.
