Inventory Manager – E-commerce

Job Summary
We are looking for an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning, stock movement, replenishment, and marketplace inventory operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, and other platforms. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preventing stock-outs, managing FBA and warehouse inventory, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across multiple marketplaces and warehouse locations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle inventory planning and forecasting
- Coordinate GRN, inward stock, dispatches, and stock transfers
- Track returns, damaged inventory, and reconciliation
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks
- Prevent stock-outs, excess inventory, and dead stock
- Manage Amazon FBA inventory planning and replenishment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with clients, warehouses, and marketplace teams
- Lead and coordinate inventory-related team activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting)
- Tally
- Good analytical and forecasting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team handling and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing 1000+ SKUs
- Experience handling inventory across multiple locations
- Familiarity with FBA, warehouse operations, and marketplace inventory management
- Excell expert
