Primespace Projects Pvt Ltd is a premier real estate development company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MEP Engineer to oversee our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Job Purpose
You will plan, execute, and supervise all MEP works on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and local building codes.
Key Responsibilities
· Site Supervision: Oversee daily installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
· Drawing Review: Check and verify MEP shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and layouts.
· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants, MEP contractors, and site supervisors.
· Quality Control: Ensure all materials and installations meet company standards and project specifications.
· Billing & Progress: Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and track project timelines.
· Compliance: Ensure all MEP works comply with National Building Code (NBC) and Kerala KMBR/KPBR rules.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate or construction projects (High-rise residential/commercial preferred).
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, plumbing systems, HVAC, Fire protection, Lifts, BMS, LPG, STP, Solar works, etc Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and fluent communication in Malayalam and English.
