We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy creating campaigns, generating leads, and working with the latest marketing tools, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Generate leads for IT courses and training programs
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content (posters, reels, ad creatives)
- Monitor and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPL, ROI)
- Handle WhatsApp/email marketing campaigns
- Basic SEO and website updates
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO & Social Media Marketing
- Creativity in content creation (Canva / video editing is a plus)
- Good communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)
- Ability to analyze and improve campaign performance
Experience
- Fresher / 0–2 years (Training will be provided)
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills & performance)
