We are seeking a Housekeeping Desk Attendant to support the housekeeping department by coordinating room status updates, handling guest requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and record housekeeping requests from guests and departments
- Coordinate with room attendants and supervisors for task completion
- Update room status and housekeeping records accurately
- Maintain departmental logs and documentation
- Assist in handling lost and found records
- Communicate with Front Office regarding room availability and status
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills
