Job Summary
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for developing and executing the organization's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The CSO leads the sales organization, builds high-performing sales teams, establishes strategic partnerships, and ensures achievement of revenue targets aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 12–20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Experience managing large, multi-level sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
