About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across our educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
- Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Drive HR digitalization, process improvements, and policy implementation.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
