Job Responsibilities
- Merchant Visits: Perform daily field visits to designated retailers, kirana stores, and shops that already have Google Pay QR codes installed.
- QR Reactivation: Identify, verify, and reactivate old, legacy, or dormant merchant QR codes to bring them back to active transaction status
- Issue Resolution: Resolve technical glitches on-site, update the merchant's Google Pay application, and assist with soundbox setups or troubleshooting
- Merchandising Maintenance: Replace faded or worn-out QR codes, paste new branding stickers, and place functional marketing materials clearly inside the shops.
- Feedback Tracking: Collect direct feedback from business owners regarding app performance and submit activity logs daily to the designated Team Leaders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
