The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertisement slots, sponsorships, and branded content integrations. This role focuses purely on B2B client acquisition, agency partnerships, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Sell video sponsorships, mid-roll ads, banner spaces, and custom branded content solutions to advertisers.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pitch to corporate brands, PR agencies, and local businesses looking to target digital news consumers.
- Pitch Deck & Media Kit Creation: Present channel performance data (views, subscribers, watch time, and audience demographics) to prospective clients using highly professional media kits.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Conduct sales meetings, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close high-value ad deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing advertisers to ensure repeat business and renewals.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the content production team to ensure client deliverables (brand shoutouts, logos, sponsored segments) are executed perfectly and on time.
Core Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in digital media sales, ad-agency sales, space selling, or airtime sales.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a result-driven mindset.
- Industry Network: Existing relationships or active contacts within advertising agencies and corporate marketing teams are highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data from YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics to showcase campaign reach and ROI to clients.
Pay: ₹9,384.83 - ₹38,427.68 per month
