To lead and manage the overall operations of the fertility center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, achievement of business targets, excellent patient experience, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of the fertility center and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive revenue, patient footfall, conversion, and center performance as per business targets.
- Monitor OPD, procedures, IVF cycles, ICSI, admissions, and other key operational KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality patient experience and timely resolution of patient concerns.
- Coordinate effectively with Doctors, Nursing, Embryology, Front Office, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
- Monitor manpower planning, productivity, attendance, discipline, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with PCPNDT, ART, BMW, Nursing Home, and other applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational records, licenses, audits, documentation, and statutory compliances.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive cost control and effective utilization of manpower, medical supplies, and other resources.
- Conduct regular review meetings with department teams and track action points.
- Handle escalated patient and employee concerns professionally.
- Support local marketing, patient engagement, referral activities, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, quality standards, and processes.
- Prepare and share regular MIS and performance reports with senior management.
- Lead employee engagement, training, and performance improvement initiatives at the center.

Education & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital, IVF, fertility, healthcare, or clinical operations.
- Prior experience in managing a healthcare center/hospital unit will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
