Position: Freight Broker (Freshers)
Location: Pune (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carriers and customers for freight movement.
- Learn to negotiate freight rates and book loads.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Maintain shipment records and documentation.
- Assist the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Process).
