We are hiring a result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business, manage clients, and close deals in industrial and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, pharma, government tenders)
- Visit factories, warehouses, and corporate clients regularly
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead → meeting → quotation → negotiation → closure
- Maintain strong follow-ups for payments and repeat orders
- Coordinate with production and operations team for timely delivery
- Work on large-volume orders and long-term contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals (not just talk)
- Field sales experience in B2B / industrial products preferred
- Knowledge of logistics, packaging, or supply chain is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Background
- Experience in wooden pallets / packaging / industrial goods / steel / hardware / logistics
- Existing network in factories or corporates is a big advantage
