Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Manage courier services, visitor management, and office correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS data as required.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
