Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, product, and technology teams.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in project planning, requirement validation, and solution implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of business processes and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working on business process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
