Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products to dealers and customers across India. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse or dispatch operations, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
Monitor vehicle availability and optimize delivery schedules.
Maintain dispatch records, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Lead and manage dispatch and loading staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams.
Ability to work under deadlines.
