ROLE OVERVIEW
G Square & Company is looking for hardworking and responsible Packing, Unpacking & Loading/Unloading Staff to support daily warehouse operations, stock handling, packing, dispatch preparation, and movement of goods.
The candidate should be physically active, disciplined, and comfortable handling cartons, stock, and warehouse materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack products and materials properly before dispatch.
- Unpack incoming stock and arrange items in the designated area.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, cartons, and materials.
- Shift stock safely within the warehouse.
- Help in sorting, counting, and arranging products.
- Ensure correct products and quantities are packed for dispatch.
- Check packaging for damage before loading or dispatch.
- Assist the warehouse team in preparing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or breakage.
- Assist in physical stock counting whenever required.
- Support stock inward and outward activities.
- Follow instructions given by the warehouse or operations supervisor.
- Follow basic workplace safety and hygiene standards.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- Ability to lift and move cartons and stock safely.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic understanding of counting and quantities.
- Ability to follow instructions correctly.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Responsible handling of company stock and materials.
- Willingness to perform packing, loading, unloading, and warehouse-related work.
QUALIFICATION
- No specific degree required.
- Candidates with 8th / 10th / 12th pass qualification may apply.
- Previous experience in warehouse work, packing, logistics, loading/unloading, dispatch, or stock handling will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
